This Site is intended for a United States audience. Gentle Hands is a Texas-licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency under the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Services are offered only within the State of Texas in accordance with HHSC rules.

2. Licensing and Scope of Services

Gentle Hands is licensed by HHSC to provide non-medical personal assistance and companion-care services. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, or treatment unless expressly authorized by separate licensure or agreement.

All descriptions of services on this Site are for informational purposes only and may vary based on location, staffing, and client needs. Availability of services is subject to a separate written Service Agreement between you and Gentle Hands.

3. No Professional or Contractual Reliance

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes and do not create a care relationship, employment relationship, or contract.

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Decisions about care or services should be based on your formal Service Agreement and consultation with appropriate professionals.

4. Use of the Site and User Conduct

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes related to learning about or obtaining services from Gentle Hands.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or damage the Site or any connected network.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts.

• Post or share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or abusive material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

• Do not transmit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive data by unencrypted text or email.

We take reasonable precautions to safeguard electronic communications, but you acknowledge inherent risks of email and SMS transmission.
